Before You Come
- Linens are included in your retreat fee. If you think you may need extras, bring them.
- Bring a yoga mat or other comfort items for sound baths, yoga, and other activities.
- Bring snacks if you feel you will need some between meals.
🛏 Extra Massage Tables Available for Pickup
Conner and Laura have two extra massage tables available at Affordable Acupuncture Clinic that won’t fit in their car. If you are able to transport one to the retreat, please stop by the clinic on Wednesday or Thursday between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM to pick one up. First come, first served — this would be a huge help to our practitioners!

Need to Know
- Please use the downstairs bathroom in Syringa for the duration of the retreat.
- Do not touch the beds in Syringa. This space must be left completely spotless and exactly as it was found. Practitioners offering bodywork must bring their own massage tables — do not use any furniture or beds in the building.
- Group acupuncture + sound bowl sessions are open to all participants from 10:30am-12:30pm. Magnet treatments available for those who do not want needles. You are also welcome to simply bring your yoga mat and enjoy the sound bath.
- Sign-up clipboards for 1:1 appointments will be kept in Forrester Hall throughout the retreat weekend. All slots are first come, first served. Practitioners will only be in their designated practice rooms in Syringa during their scheduled appointment times if you have booked a session with them during their volunteered hours.
- All meals are provided for the full weekend — six meals total included in your registration fee. Meals are served “family style” – we are to set the tables and will be served platters to pass around. People with dietary restrictions will be served individually.
- Consent forms: Universal consent forms covering all attendees, the facility, and the organization will be provided. However, if you are offering services or products and want additional legal protection, please bring your own consent form specific to your practice.
